Kam Bellamy most recently served as the Executive Director of the Foundation for Agricultural Integrity, overseeing the development and management of its primary project, Churchtown Dairy. She is a member of the CUHF Rando 2 Council.

Natural History of the Wild Side of Everest: Makalu Barun in the Nepal Eastern Himalaya originated as a staff-training manual for the Makalu-Barun Conservation Project on the wild side of Everest around Mount Makalu and the Barun River Valley of the Nepal Eastern Himalaya. This area represents an intact ecosystem in an area of globally significant biodiversity. This field guide presents a sample of the great variety of plants and animals living in this spectacular region. The handbook is applicable to all of the Nepal Eastern Himalaya.

Raising Coral

Using coral propagation techniques, Raising Coral is working toward a vision to restore coral reefs in Costa Rica. Restoring reefs naturally brings people into a symbiotic partnership with ocean life, which has sustained us for thousands of years.

Joanie Kleypas is the Director of Raising Coral and a scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). She is a member of the CUHF National Council.

SeedBroadcast Collective

SeedBroadcast is a collaborative project exploring bioregional agri-Culture and seed action through collective inquiries and hands-on creative practices. SeedBroadcast holds the belief that it is a human right to save seeds and share their gifts, to grow food and share its abundance, and to cultivate grassroots wisdom and share its creativity.

Chrissie Orr is the Founder of SeedBroadcast and a member of the CUHF Santa Fe Council.

The Snow Leopard Conservancy

The Snow Leopard Conservancy is non-profit organization formed in 2000, working in partnership with local communities in eight of the twelve snow leopard range countries to ensure snow leopard survival.

US Fish and Wildlife Service Science Applications

Science Applications is a non-regulatory program within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that tackles conservation issues no single Service program or partner can address alone. We bring partners together to identify shared conservation priorities, and deliver scientific information and tools that partnerships need to achieve conservation goals across the landscape. With a foundation of climate adaptation, our work sits at the nexus of landscape conservation, inclusive collaboration, and science support.

Wendy Miles is Science Collaboration Coordinator for the US Fish and Wildlife Service’s Science Applications program in the Pacific Islands. She is a member of the CUHF Rando 1 Council.

WildEarth Guardians brings people, science, and the law together to protect and restores the wildlife, wild places, wild rivers, and health of the American West.

Leia Barnett is the Greater Gila New Mexico Advocate with WildEarth Guardians. A CUHF with WildEarth Guardians is planned for the fall of 2023.
